Afreen Tarannum is an industrious professional actively heading the education department of the Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, taking the education sector in a new direction and holding the post of Sr. Scientific Officer, where she has worked on many cases of questioned document examinations. She has also rigorously trained more than hundred students in questioned document examinations. She is also a certified graphologist from the National Center for Handwriting Studies and has taken sessions on graphology for students and given graphology counseling too. Recently, she qualified for the Forensic Aptitude and Caliber Test (FACT) in the Questioned Document Examination. Academics has always been her strongest pursuit; she did her graduation in Biotechnology from Sharda Group of Institutions and her Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from SHIATS, Allahabad. Having a knack for education, she has published several research papers in different international and national journals. Along with this, she has attended various conferences, seminars, trainings, and workshops. She is also an active special assistance team member of the Kenyon International Emergency Service.
